Waterproofing
Below-grade and building envelope waterproofing to control water ingress and protect critical assemblies.

Below-grade and building envelope waterproofing to control water ingress and protect critical assemblies.

Waterproofing scopes are completed where water control, durability, and sequencing are critical to the performance of the building envelope. Work is coordinated to maintain access, protect adjacent finishes, and preserve continuity of the barrier.
ypical applications include:
Foundations, slabs, and below-grade walls
Parking structures, podium decks, and occupied spaces below
Mechanical rooms and service corridors
Planters, terraces, and transition details
New construction, retrofit, and phased work
Work is coordinated to maintain sequencing, access, and continuity of the envelope.
Confirm assemblies, transitions, penetrations, and sequencing requirements before mobilization. Identify interfaces with adjacent trades to prevent breaks in continuity.
Prepare substrates to support adhesion and performance, including correction of localized conditions that affect bond, alignment, or continuity.
Install specified waterproofing systems in accordance with manufacturer requirements and project specifications, maintaining consistent laps, terminations, and tie-ins.
Complete edges, penetrations, and transitions to maintain a continuous barrier at the locations where failures typically occur.
Protect completed areas and coordinate follow-on work to prevent damage, puncture, or contamination prior to cover-up.
Complete final checks and documentation aligned with the inspection plan and turnover requirements.

Work is completed in alignment with project specifications and manufacturer requirements, with emphasis on continuity, detailing, and sequencing control.
Capable of positive-side (exterior) and negative-side (interior) applications where access or conditions require.
